Caribbean Stud Poker

Caribbean Stud Poker is yet another very popular poker game and this one uses the oh so standard single deck of 52 cards, it is just you playing against the Dealer with no other opponents to worry about!

To get the game underway you will have to place an Ante bet and for this you will receive a hand of cards, using your skill you have to decide whether you would like to bet against the dealer's unseen hand, well one of the dealer's cards will be on show, face up so it is on this one card you will be basing your decision

If however you think that you can't beat the dealer, as your hand is too weak or not ranking high enough then you can simply fold. If you do then you will lose your Ante wager.

If you wish to take on the dealer then this will cost you double your Ante and you will need to click the Raise button.

To win the hand you not only have to beat the Dealer's hand but the Dealer must qualify by getting any hand containing an Ace and a King or better. Should the dealer does not qualify, you will still get paid out at odds of 1 to 1 on your Ante and your Raise bet will be given back as a push.

Should your poker hand beat the dealer's hand and the dealer also qualifies, you win and therefore get paid out on both your Ante and your Raise.

The payout of the Ante hand will be at odds of 1 to 1. The payout on your Raise bet will be given out on a rising sacle depending how strong it is.

Should the dealer get a better/stronger hand than you then you will lose both your Ante and your bet. Should both you and the dealer have the same hand, the next highest card will find out who the winner is.

Caribbean Stud Poker Payouts

The payouts are listed below:

Royal Flush which is A, K, Q, J, 10 of same suit the payout for this is 200:1

Straight Flush which is 5 cards of same suit in sequence the payout for this is 50:1

4 of a Kind which is 4 cards of same rank the payout for this is 20:1

Full House which is 3 of a kind, plus a pair the payout for this is 7:1

Flush which is 5 cards of same suit the payout for this is 5:1

Straight which is 5 cards in sequence, mixed suits the payout for this is 4:1

3 of a Kind which is 3 cards of same rank the payout for this is 3:1

Two Pair which is 2 pairs of different rank the payout for this is 2:1

One Pair which is 1 pair of same rank the payout for this is 1:1

High Card which is 5 cards of different ranks and suits the payout for this is 1:1
